Jianzhan is an ancient Chinese teacup, he used unique clay from shuiji city of fujian province to make iron tires.
Local mineral enamel rock is added to ash water to make enamel water. It is kilned and fired at a high temperature of about 1300 degrees to form a steady state. It is safe and non-toxic.
The five types of jianzhan have gone through five dynasties-tang, song, yuan, ming, and qing, respectively.
